PACIFIC ALUMNI ASSOCIATION'S DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI AWARD NOMINATION FORM

Each year, the Pacific Alumni Association presents awards to recognize alumni who are making a remarkable difference in the world. Nominations are now being accepted.

Nominations received after July 15 will be considered for next year’s awards. Thank you for taking a moment to nominate classmates and friends for this year’s alumni awards.

Current Pacific Alumni Association Board of Directors and alumni who are currently employed by the University of the Pacific are not eligible for awards, with the exception of the Medallion of Excellence and the Outstanding Family Award.
